  Volunteering in your student’s classroom.

  -All volunteers in the classroom need to complete a background PRIOR to coming in. 

  -Complete Background Screening form. You must be logged into Google Chrome.

• Call your school: Valley 303-982-4964 or Meadow 303-982-4890 with SSN and form of payment. We can take a check or Visa/MC. Make checks payable to your school.

  -Complete and Sign Volunteer Release form and the Confidentiality Form.

  These must be completed and payment of $17.25 submitted. Please allow one week for background check to be processed.  You will only be notified if the background check does not clear.
